Shipping policy

RURAL SHIPPING - To avoid disappointment for both parties, please make sure you select the rural shipping method.

Please make sure you select the correct shipping method upon placing your order.  If you are getting your order delivered to a rural address then you must select rural shipping.  We charge more for rural shipping because that is what the postal service charges, we do not benefit from the extra cost and can no longer absorb this extra cost.  If you select the incorrect shipping method then your order will not be processed until you have paid the remaining fee.  You will be sent an invoice by email and we will not post your order until the payment has cleared.  

If we do not get a response from you after 7 working days we will issue a refund and your order will be null and void.  Please check your junk folder.

We aim to process all online orders on the day of us receiving the order, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. 

During winter hours we are closed Mondays and our Courier does not run weekends so any orders made between Friday and Monday will be processed on the Tuesday.  Orders made Tuesday to Thursday have a targeted overnight delivery for same island addresses although this cannot be guaranteed.

All shipments are tracked and you will be emailed a link to track your order (email will be sent to the email address you have provided during the placement of your online order).

Please note that although we do our best to make sure you receive your parcel as soon as possible, as with any third party service such as our shipping company, there is only so much control over parcel deliveries we have once we have passed them on.  For any disputes regarding missing or damaged parcels please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can start an investigation with our courier company to try to resolve the issue.
